TEMPUR^® and partners TFRG now offer a hassle-free, straightforward mattress recycling service. With just a few clicks, you can arrange for the collection of your old mattresses, bed frames, and divans, so you can relax and enjoy your new ones.

What happens to my old furniture?

Our award-winning recycling partners, TRFGroup, collect your old furniture and transport it to their specialist facility. Mattresses are expertly dismantled into over 19 individual components. Each material—such as springs, foam, and textiles—is separated, sanitised, and baled before being sent to UK sustainable outlets to be repurposed into new products.

This process ensures 100% diversion from landfill, with a recycling rate of between 92% and 98%, and full traceability for every load delivered into TFRGroup.

By recovering valuable materials and reintroducing them into UK manufacturing, this process supports sustainable production and contributes to the circular economy.
